I had purchased a laptop travel case 13″ from TravelBlue, but after some time, it’s material started to whither and fall off. So I contacted TravelBlue customer support via email, and unlike other brands’ email support, they replied really quickly and sent me a replacement within 2 days. I am very happy with their service, and now I will never hesitate buying a TravelBlue product. (:
