I bought a Travel Blue travel adaptor while abroad. Unfortunately, the fuse blew in it after only 2 uses and it was unusable. Back home, I changed the fuse but it blew again.

I contacted their customer services team and received a quick responce. They asked me to provide the product number first and then asked for my address saying they’d send out a replacement immediately.

The quick and hastle-free response and trust they put in my claim were refreshing and greatfully received.

Edit: today I received my replacement adaptor via courier, with spare fuses and some freebie luggage tags thrown in. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided! 🙂
