Travel without fear
I recently purchase a power bank 2600 from duty free in Split, Croatia.
After first charge, the Power Bank appeared to fail (reason unknown).
I contacted Samantha Hoggarth, Customer Service Manager at Travel Blue Limited who sent out an upgraded replacement the same day at no extra cost.
Customer Service is great, and I would have no hesitation of purchasing any of their products in the future.
