First I was very disappointed. I had a warranty case with one of the products. So I sent it to the address stated on the warranty slip, including original sales receipt. After almost 2 months the package was returned to me, unopened. Reason: Item not requested.
So I contacted Travel Blue by email, and expressed my disappointment about their “fake” warranty. An employee named Samantha Hoggarth answered my email, very polite. She apologized for this mishap and promised to send a replacement after I send in a picture of the product. I did it but the email came back as undelivered. It took me a short while to figure out that my attachment was too large in size (maybe an idea to be fixed on their website). The next email attempt went through. A few days later I received another email telling me that my replacement is on its way.
I gave only 4 stars because the postal mail system of Travel Blue needs to be improved. If it would be only about the service Samantha provided, I would give her 6 stars.
