Excellent company and customer service. Bought a combination padlock which I accidentally locked ‘open’ as it were. They supplied a replacement with no quibbles which I received two days later. Their response was quick too and it’s a great product which I’d recommend to anyone to lock their cases plus no worries about losing keys. Exceeded expectations.
