I was too much happy with my travel-blue bag actually everything was okay , until the bag handle broken suddenly.
I searched on-line for replacement for the bag handle/hook with same look but I couldn’t find ,.,

Immediate i receive an Email from Samantha , the most kind person i ever deal , i told her the story and i received a complete new bag with a gift travel-blue padlocks., i did not pay any fee for the shipping or even the customs and i received the new bag within 48 by fast shipping .,
