I had terrible experience as product got damaged on second day. Probably it was a defective product. It was quality check miss out. On top of that retailer refused replacement. But once grievance was registered I got my issues resolved within two days.

I purchased the World Travel Adapter at the SEOUL-INCHEON airport. I used it to recharge my phone while at the airport and it worked great. However, when I got home the mechanism for retracting the prongs was stuck down, making the adapter unusable for any country that doesn’t use the EU type prongs. Since I had thrown away the receipt, I thought nothing could be done. I contacted Travel-Blue and Samantha had me send pictures of the stuck adapter. It was promptly replaced with a new unit! That is superior customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase additional products from Travel-Blue!

I recently purchase a power bank 2600 from duty free in Split, Croatia.
After first charge, the Power Bank appeared to fail (reason unknown).

My Luxurious Cotton Inflatable Travel Neck Pillow – Blue SKU TB-222 Travel Blue Ultimate Pillow was out of warranty and the inner inflatable liners collapsed, so I was asking for a replacement solution and assumed to buy a new one.
Not I only could take it as very good customer care and relationship good-will, but they send me a new replacement unit free of charge.
I am very happy to receive such generous service. They also passed the picture to the Quality Control R&D within Travel-Blue.
It was very easy to communicate and correspond with the friendly Customer Service Manager Sam Hoggarth, great job thanks to her it was a two email, five minute Best Customer Satisfaction process!

In April 2018 my cute but unfortunately not functional tribal drum bag from Indonesia needed to go and I needed a quick replacement. At the duty free shop at Lisbon International Airport I found salvation in Travel Blue’s 15 liter Folding Rucksack. Lightweight, simple design, spacious. Since April I used that bag every day, schlepping my stuff all over Mindelo in Cabo Verde, onto London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Lviv, Krakow, Morocco, then back to Krakow! This bag has paid for itself many times over. Unfortunately, all those intercontinental trips finally got to it and the bag began tearing at the bottom seams. With the bag still under Travel Blue’s generous 24 month warranty I reached out to customer service and, within a week, received a free replacement! I even received some extra goodies! I have been thrilled with this bag and am now also thrilled with Travel Blue’s customer service. Many thanks to Sam at Travel Blue! I purchased an inflatable travel pillow from Travel Blue but unfortunately the plastic inflatable insert had split at the seam and would therefore not inflate, I contacted Travel Blue and asked where I could get a replacement. I was quite willing to pay for this. Travel Blue replied and sent me a replacement straight away without any quibbles about receipts etc.

First I was very disappointed. I had a warranty case with one of the products. So I sent it to the address stated on the warranty slip, including original sales receipt. After almost 2 months the package was returned to me, unopened. Reason: Item not requested.
So I contacted Travel Blue by email, and expressed my disappointment about their “fake” warranty. An employee named Samantha Hoggarth answered my email, very polite. She apologized for this mishap and promised to send a replacement after I send in a picture of the product. I did it but the email came back as undelivered. It took me a short while to figure out that my attachment was too large in size (maybe an idea to be fixed on their website). The next email attempt went through. A few days later I received another email telling me that my replacement is on its way.
I gave only 4 stars because the postal mail system of Travel Blue needs to be improved. If it would be only about the service Samantha provided, I would give her 6 stars.

I was sold the wrong Travel Blue adaptor (French to UK) at Calais Eurotunnel DutyFree shop which was rather annoying once in England. Back in France, and without much conviction, I contacted both customer supports and was nicely surprised by the reactivity and fast response from Travel Blue. I purchased a universal travel adapter in the airport in Dublin. I only discovered after I had moved through security that it did not work. Quite disappointed, I decided to write a letter of complaint to Travel Blue, presuming that I would not receive a response, or that I would receive the typical “we are sorry you are unhappy, but there is nothing we can (i.e. will) do.” To my surprise, I received a personal response from a real person who wanted to know what the problem was, and who immediately offered to replace the faulty adapter and send it to me without charge. This is how a company should be run — with a sense of responsibility to the customer! Bravo!

While in Madrid, I purchased a travel lock at a VIPS store. I was unable to get it to work and wrote the company when I returned to the States. They immediately sent me a replacement lock, free of charge, exactly like the one I had bought. When I say “immediately,” the lock arrived via FedEx 2 days after contacting the company.

Upon finding my pillow broken and deformed, I had very low opinions about the company. I was astounded when they not only replaced it without much fuss but that they delivered it to my doorstep and were courteous with me dispute my nagging them for so long. I bought an inflated pillow at one of Eastern European airport. After using it only for a few times, it has been damaged.
When I sent it back to Travel Blue they immediately replaced me for a new pillow, upgrading with Ultimate Pillow, which is more comfortable than the one that I bought. They added (for free) “a comfort set” for air trip (an eye mask plus a pair of reusable ear plugs). I received these items shortly after I claimed the original product. It’s definitely proves that TravelBlue cares about customers.

Great customer service. Bought a Tranquillity Pillow at Lisbon airport. Back in Denmark I realized that a pouch to store the pillow in should have been attached. I contacted customer support and asked if the 24 month quarantee would cover such a situation. It did. Next day a DHL express package arrived with the missing pouch and also an extra comfort set with eyepatch and earplugs. Support doesn’t get any better than that. And yeah, the pillow is great too.

Although I really liked the quality of the product (a backpack light-weighted as a feather), unfortunately my bag was partially damaged while use after 4 months or so. Unfortunately, my friend also experienced a similar type of damage. Since the bag was 24 months guaranteed, I called the customer service in UK and experienced THE BEST (and so quick!) customer service EVER! (Thank you, Sam!!) I was touched by the sincere respect and hospitality towards customers by Travel Blue. Next time I need to buy a bag, I will not hesitate to choose another bag from Travel Blue. Thank you!
