I bought an inflated pillow at one of Eastern European airport. After using it only for a few times, it has been damaged.
When I sent it back to Travel Blue they immediately replaced me for a new pillow, upgrading with Ultimate Pillow, which is more comfortable than the one that I bought. They added (for free) “a comfort set” for air trip (an eye mask plus a pair of reusable ear plugs). I received these items shortly after I claimed the original product. It’s definitely proves that TravelBlue cares about customers.
