Excellent service. Had a problem with two, customised security luggage straps, which was unresolved by the seller, so I contacted Travel Blue, the manufacturer (?). Their Customer Service people couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful They immediately offered replacement products and even added extra items! Fantastic response.
